Artisan Lorraine Red Gold Modern Knotted Rug

Discover the charm of traditional craftsmanship with our exquisite rug, inspired by the heritage of the Qashqai and Luri tribes from southwest Iran. Known for their simple yet captivating designs, these rugs bring a touch of authenticity to any space.

Our pieces share similarities with Gabbeh carpets but stand out with their tighter knots and shorter pile. Handcrafted in India, they boast vibrant hues thanks to the use of naturally dyed New Zealand wool. The warp, typically cotton in Indian creations, offers a unique texture and durability.

Occasionally, you’ll find delicate silk elements woven into these rugs, adding a luxurious touch. The result is a striking, one-of-a-kind red gold rug that draws the eye and enriches the ambiance of any home.
